Leave the Light On

O’Clair de Lune Lingerie Service

oh la la!

She’s seen London. She’s seen France. And the woman can’t wait to start in on your neglected stock of underpants.

But granny-panty godmother she’s not. Lamia Aouassi, a Lyon-born lingerie devotee, just launched O’Clair de Lune, an online shop and by-appointment boutique, out of her Castleberry Hill loft.

Her many transatlantic finds include lace-tipped French lines Simone Perele and Huit and provocative, androgynous-cut Italian collections by Guia la Bruna and Cotton Club. The website has a help section for converting sizes, caring for intimates, and choosing the right undergarments for specific clothing.

Still at a loss? Aouassi does custom fittings of limited-run and one-of-a-kind unmentionables at her private studio.

It could be something worth looking into.

Just when you thought you’d seen it all.
