Uptown Boys

Drewlewis Boutique

fancy drew!

Fallen for someone new, have you? Don’t deny it. You’re blushing. You’re glowing. You’ve blown off our texts and Grey’s Anatomy wino nights.

Well, we’re in love, too. With new boutique Drewlewis.

Owners David Gore and Seth Kloss had us at hello. Gore is a former Abercrombie and Hugo Boss window dresser; Kloss coordinated events for the Hudson Hotel in NYC.

As for Drew, meow. The two-level loft looks like artsy street kids took up residence at a southern estate. Vena Cava, Rag & Bone vests and jackets, Charlotte Ronson, and A.P.C. cling to PVC piping racks and Brocade Home tables.

Band of Outsiders suits mingle with graffiti’d 19th-century portraits and copies of V, Flaunt, and Harper’s Bazaar. The quirky display fixtures (white lacquer tree stumps, a curious albino ram’s head) have neighbors atwitter already.

We’ll do our best to keep it down in there.

Drewlewis, 845 Spring Street, unit c, Midtown (404-881-5359).
