The new biz is like a bakery on wheels, whipping up all-natural cupcakes, muffins, and cookies in an industrial bakery downtown and then delivering them around Dallas.
The perfectly proportioned treats (think four bites for cupcakes) contain no artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives, trans fats, or hormones. Flavors are simple but addicting; we could devour an entire box of the dreamy, creamy vanilla cupcakes or double-fudge pecan cookies.
Since the kitchen can make up to 1,000 treats daily, the company caters to big businesses (Neiman’s, Korshak) and special events, as well as individuals.
