Home Rum

HomeSlice Sweet Breads

bottoms up!

You wouldn’t dare imbibe alcohol in the a.m.

Unless it was a Bloody Mary.

Or Scotch.

For breakfast booze that won’t raise eyebrows, turn to HomeSlice, sweet bread made with a touch of liqueur. The treats taste like the love child of white bread and birthday cake (if birthday cake took a shot of amaretto first). Made from scratch by a local momma, the loaves contain ten to twelve slices.

The rock ’n’ roll-themed flavors include She Wore a Teeny Weeny Raisin Polka Dot Zucchini (carrots, cinnamon, zucchini, nutmeg, raisins, and honey liqueur), Smashing Pumpkin Bread (pumpkin spice, golden raisins, and dark rum butter drizzle), and Tally Me Banana (bananas, pecans, and amaretto).

The loaves are delivered door-to-door Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. As a gift, they arrive in a pretty hatbox.

Cheers to that.
