But the tables turn when, after a freak subway accident, Ann becomes convinced she’s being stalked. Meanwhile Tom, who’s proving to be terminally unemployed, can’t figure out why his wife has become cryptic and enigmatic.

Perkins has crafted a page-turner about delusion, self-awareness, and the male psyche.
