Go Away Without Going Away

Go Away Without Going Away

Don't have the budget for your dream destination wedding? Bring the location to you. Gartin turned a private Malibu home into a Moroccan feast, complete with hanging lanterns, flowers in warm tones,a lounge with poufs and decorative pillows, and authentic food. Shawls provided guests with warmth and doubled as perfect favors.

Stay Local

Stay Local

A wedding is the perfect place to display your hometown pride. Gartin sourced local resources to create a comforting neighborhood vibe for a wedding in a Los Olivos, California, farmhouse. She used reclaimed wood from nearby to create the aisle and altar; fresh lavender and organic flowers as decoration; and ingredients from the farmers market for fresh, local cuisine.

Cult of Personality

Cult of Personality

He's a big burly man and you're a delicate little flower? No problem. Gartin married the two personalities beautifully in an old garage. The juxtaposition of exposed brick, taxidermy, and concrete floors with bright hues (pink, yellow, and orange flowers affixed to grosgrain ribbon hanging from above), colored antique vases, and vibrant bouquets allowed both personalities to shine through on the big day.
